By accessing and using MiniMuster (hereinafter "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MiniMuster is a platform allowing users to manage their miniature collections, track their painting progress, and connect with other collectors. The Service includes a marketplace allowing users to list their miniatures for sale.

3. User-Generated Content

Users are entirely responsible for the content they post on the platform, including but not limited to: game system names, factions, descriptions, images, and sale listings. MiniMuster acts solely as a host and exercises no editorial control over user content.

• You warrant that you hold the rights to the content you post

• You are solely responsible for the legality of your content

• Trademarks, names, and logos mentioned belong to their respective owners

4. Intellectual Property

Trademarks, product names, logos, and miniature images mentioned on this platform are the property of their respective holders (including but not limited to: Games Workshop, Privateer Press, Corvus Belli, etc.). MiniMuster is not affiliated with any of these manufacturers. The use of these names by users is for identification purposes only.

5. Marketplace and Transactions

The MiniMuster marketplace is a service connecting sellers and buyers. MiniMuster is not a party to transactions and assumes no responsibility for:

• The quality, legality, or authenticity of items listed for sale

• The ability of sellers to sell or buyers to buy

• The proper conduct of transactions between users

• Any disputes that may arise between users

6. Prohibited Content

It is strictly forbidden to post:

• Counterfeits or unauthorized reproductions (recasts)

• Illegal, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory content

• Copyrighted game rules

• Content infringing on third-party rights

7. Moderation and Removal

MiniMuster reserves the right to remove any content reported as inappropriate or in violation of these terms, and to suspend or delete accounts of users in violation. In case of a third-party claim (DMCA procedure or equivalent), we will cooperate promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". MiniMuster does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service and disclaims any liability for data loss, service interruption, or indirect damages.

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.

10. Modifications to Terms

MiniMuster reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of substantial changes. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts.
